These terms apply when you use RAAM Parts to search, enquire about, or buy parts.

Product information

We work hard to keep product information, prices, images, descriptions, stock and compatibility details accurate. Because many parts are specialist replacement parts, customers should check part numbers, dimensions, machine details, and suitability before ordering.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability can change. Where live pricing or stock is shown, it is provided to help customers order quickly, but it may still need final confirmation if supplier data changes or a product becomes unavailable.

Orders

When an order is placed, we will confirm payment and process the order using the delivery details provided. We may contact you if extra information is needed to identify the correct part or arrange delivery.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch available items quickly across the UK and Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, courier delays, location, customs, or exceptional product dimensions or weight.

Returns

Returns are handled under our returns policy. Some special-order, electrical, fitted, non-returnable, or supplier-restricted parts may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Payment security

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our website.
